At Classic Collective Apparel, every item is made to order just for you. That means we don’t keep bulk inventory, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. This helps us cut down on waste, keep prices fair, and stay true to our mission of serving hardworking, everyday Americans.

That said, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right — no excuses.


What We Cover

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll take care of it.

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Photos may be required so our team can review the issue

  • We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund


📦 Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t shown up, we’ve got your back.

  • Must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if needed


↩️ Returned Packages (Shipping Issues)

If a package is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, or a carrier issue:

  • We can reship the order once a corrected address is provided

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the wrong address was entered at checkout


What We Can’t Accept

Because products are custom-made when you order them, we cannot accept:

  • Size exchanges

  • Color exchanges

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse

  • Order cancellations once production has started

Please double-check your size and address before checking out — we want the first attempt to be perfect.
